Mr. Homi R. Khusrokhan was first appointed on the Board of ICICI Bank Limited effective January 21, 2010. He retired as the Managing Director of Tata Chemicals Limited in 2008. He has over 40 years experience in the corporate sector. He has earlier been the Managing Director of Tata Tea Limited and Glaxo India Limited. He has experience and expertise in agriculture related businesses, international business and mergers & acquisitions.
