Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation. ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) has a referral arrangement with ICICI Lombard General Insurance (the "Insurance Company"). Insurance cover described is being offered by the Insurance Company. The offer is only for existing customers of ICICI Bank (the "Customers"). The participation by the Customers shall be purely on a voluntary basis and there is no direct or indirect linkage between the provision of the banking services offered by ICICI Bank to its Customers and their usage of the product or participation in the scheme. The promotional material is purely intended for the purpose of information and awareness of the Customers. The contract of insurance shall be between the Insurance Company and the insured Customers and not between ICICI Bank and the insured Customers. All claims under the policy would be solely decided upon by the Insurance Company.
