* Money2India money transfers are charged a nominal Remittance Service charge of USD 2 for amounts of USD 1000 or below (equivalent in other currencies). No Remittance Service charge is applicable for amounts above USD 1000 or equivalent.

Please note that a nominal Foreign currency conversion charge of INR 25 (inclusive of service tax) will be levied on every remittance request where foreign currency conversion is carried out on or after May 16th 2008. This charge would be deducted from the amount to be paid to the beneficiary. For FCNR deposit requests involving currency conversion, there will be a nominal charge of USD 1 (or equivalent of the deposit currency) deducted from the FCNR deposit amount.

1. This offer (“Offer”) is valid only on remittances successfully done through ICICI Bank Limited’s (“ICICI Bank”) Money2India website www.money2india.com (“Website”).

Successful processing implies that ICICI Bank should have received the clear funds in the corresponding Nostro accounts (as per the instructions specified on the Money2India website www.money2india.com) and successfully disbursed the funds to the respective receiver in India as indicated by the remittance status "Money sent to Bank account" or "Money sent to Beneficiary Bank" or "Draft Dispatched".

3. Under this Offer, all eligible Referred Persons and the Referrers, shall be given a free calling card of upto 80 minutes talk time. Issuance of calling card (gift voucher) is subject to availability in the country of residence of the Referred Persons and the Referrer as registered with Money2India. There may be other offers running simultaneously, no two offers can be combined.

4. The gift will comprise of upto 80 minutes free talk time and Referrers and Referred Persons who qualify for the gift voucher will receive an email from ICICI Bank intimating them about the gift voucher and the vendor will subsequently inform them about the procedure to redeem the gift voucher.

The winners of the gift voucher should redeem the gifts within six months from the date of issue of the gift voucher. In no circumstances shall the date for redeeming the gift voucher be extended.

5. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any delay and defect in providing the gifts by the vendor or on account of any reasons whatsoever including, without limitation, on account of incorrect / incomplete details provided by the Referred Persons or Referrer or on account of delays or failures by / attributable to reasons beyond the control of ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank shall also not be liable for canceling or abandoning of the gifts by the vendor.

6. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

7. The gift is not a product of ICICI Bank and therefore ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with any of the gifts (including the quality thereof) or in connection with the timeliness of their delivery / conduct by the vendor and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same.

8. The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein is entirely voluntary and it is understood that registration in Money2india and remittances made by any Referred Person or reference of a friend or friends by a Referrer to avail of the Offer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. It is further understood that reference made by any Referrer, registration / remittances made by any Referred Person on Money2India is / are not being made solely because of the opportunity to avail of the Offers.

9. The gift enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the gift. ICICI Bank reserves the right to change the gift or the number of gifts offered under this Offer at any point of time without informing the customers.

10. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the gift to any Referred Persons or Referrer where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

11. ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate any eligible customer of the award of the gift hereunder.

12. In all matters relating to the Offer outlined hereunder, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

13. The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

15. 16. The Vendor May Impose Additional Terms And Conditions For The Use Of The Gift And these Terms And Conditions Of The Vendor Shall Be In Addition To And Not In Substitution / Derogation To The Terms And Conditions Governing The Usage Of The Services Offered By Money2India. The Eligible Referred Persons and Referrers will receive the vendor's terms and conditions via e-mail.

17. All eligible Referred Persons and Referrers availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
