The Global Indian Credit Card is an INR denominated Credit Card.
It is issued to NRI customers of ICICI bank on the basis of
the value of the Fixed Deposits they hold with the bank. |

How should a customer apply for the Global Indian Credit Card in case he already has an NRI account relationship with ICICI Bank?
In case the customer already has an NRI FD (NRE/NRO/FCNR) and an Operative Account (NRE SB/NRO SB) with ICICI Bank, he can apply for the Global Indian Credit Card by sending the duly-filled application form to ICICI Bank:

How should a customer apply for a Global Indian Credit Card,
in case he does not hold an NRI account relationship with ICICI Bank?
In case the customer does not have an NRI FD (NRE/NRO/FCNR) and an Operative Account (NRE SB/NRO SB) with ICICI Bank, he can apply for the Global Indian Credit Card,
only after he has opened the above-mentioned FD and savings account.

The Credit Card is available only to customers who have a NRI deposit account and an NRI savings account with us. To begin a new relationship with ICICI Bank, the Relationship Form should be downloaded from here. |
|

The KYC Documents as per the current guidelines for opening new accounts should also be downloaded from here |
|
| |
• |
The account can be funded by wire-transferring the funds, or simply sending us the Monetary instrument along with the duly filled in relationship form |

Once all these duly-filled in documents are received at ICICI Bank, the Credit Card will be issued to the customer |

How can the Credit Card dues be paid? |
|
| |
• |
The payment would be made using the auto debit route from the NRE-SB or NRO-SB account |
|
| |
• |
The total amount due as per the statement would be debited from the operative account on the due date, based on customer's instructions |
|

• |
The customer is given a credit period of 60 days after the payment due date, during which he would need to settle the Credit Card dues, failing which the Fixed Deposit would automatically be closed and the proceeds used to settle the dues |
