What is the promotional offer?

During the offer period, you can create a new Family Banking ID and get free gift items such as mugs, t-shirts, photo frames etc. absolutely free of cost!

Who all are eligible for the offer?

All new Family ID’s created during the offer period, in the following variants of Family Banking are eligible for the offer:

1. Silver Privilege Family
2. Gold Privilege Family
3. Titanium Privilege Family
4. Wealth Management Family
5. Global Private Clients / (GPC) Family

Please note: Customers who are a part of existing Family ID are not eligible for the offer.

What is the validity period of the offer?

This offer is valid from Sept 14th 2009 to November 14th 2009 or till stocks last.

What gifts are available on joining a Family banking relationship?

On creation of a Family ID, you will get free personalized gift items such as mugs, t-shirts, calendars etc. with your personal photograph printed on the gift.

Will each customer who is a part of the Family ID get a gift?

Gifts are for the whole family and not for individual customers. The range of gifts per family can vary from a single gift or multiple gift options depending on the no of members registered under the the family id.

What are the gift options available?

The table below lists down the gift options available as per each segment and the number of customer ID's per segment. Each of you can select any one of the product options available, as per your Family Variant and the number of members grouped under a Family.

How can the above mentioned gifts be availed?

On opening of a Family ID, a 16-digit promo code will be sent as an sms to the registered mobile no of the Primary ID holder. The primary holder will then need to visit www.myntra.com/family, redeem the code and avail of the gift.

How will the promo code be communicated?

The Promo code, which is a 16-digit numeric code, will be sent as an sms to the registered mobile number of the primary ID as available in ICICI Bank records.

Spleas note that the SMS will be sent only on the mobile no of Primary ID.

Within how many days of applying for Family banking , will the promo code be received?

You will receive the promo code within 3 days activation of the Family ID. The approximate time for activation of the Family Banking ID is 7 days.

What is the online site for redemption of the promo code?

You need to visit www.myntra.com/family in order to redeem the code and avail of the promo gifts.

Can the gifts be personalized / customized or the design will be fixed?

Yes you can do the following customisation on the product you choose:

1. Upload photograph of your choice
2. Enter any text message up to 30 characters, to be displayed on the product
3. Change the position, size, orientation of the image
4. Change the font color, size, position of the text
5. Insert a background color of your choice

What are the steps to be followed for redemption?

Promo code redemption is a 4 step process:

Step 1: Log on to www.myntra.com/family
Step 2: Choose any one of the product options available
Step 3: Upload a photograph of your choice
Step 4: Enter any message of your choice If you are entitled for more than one gift, please note that you will have to enter your             customisation details seperately for each gift
Step 5: Enter the shipping address, where you require the product to be delivered

Is there any way to know for sure that the promo code has been redeemed?

On entering the shipping address and clicking on enter, an order id no is generated, which gives a confirmation that the promo code has been redeemed. If the order id no is not yet generated, the promo code is still active.

Can the same promo code be used again?

No, once the order id no has been generated the promo code expires; you cannot use the same promo code again.

What is the duration within which the gift will be received?

You will receive the gifts within 21 days of date of redemption.
