I've been using ICICI Bank's internet banking service for the last 3 years. ICICI Bank online banking is very secure and too good. I can say here that ICICI Bank online banking site is the most secure and most functional among MESA countries as well.

I am using ICICI net banking for the past 3 years, had visited the Bank branch only once for a/c opening purpose. Rest is taken care by Net banking. Its a very beautiful experience to have netbanking with ICICI Bank.

It has all the feature of e-age banking. I like especially the fund transfer facilities. Website is very user friendly with inbuilt security. I think ICICIBank net banking has gives us the true taste of banking experience of International standard.

I am an NRI based in Dubai and have been using ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking for over 3 years. The scope of services provided in Internet Banking is by far the best among all banks in India. Just to share small example, when I wanted to link my PINs of my share trading savings account, I could submit the same through Internet Banking and as against the normal TAT of 3 days, the same was done in 3 hours.

Please keep up the good service standards you have kept for Internet banking and my suggestion to ICICI Bank is to always look for improvement and provide value to your customers.

Dear Sir,

I have a savings plus salary account with ICICI Bank for the last 8 years. I noticed from the beginning that ICICI Bank is much faster in innovations and develops new modules for customer satisfaction. I am very happy that I have to hardly visit the branch once or twice in a year, just for cash deposits. I make my utility bill payments through internet banking only.

Lastly I can say that in India only ICICI Bank has such high level of internet banking in the private sector and is very fast to implement new ideas. Regarding service request response, I can say that my request/ complaints have been resolved by their executive within 24 hours and further, the ICICI personnel do listen our queries with respect and talk according to customer needs.

I am using ICICI banking products for the last 5 years. Presently I am enjoying facilities like Saving Bank A/c, Demat A/c, Credit Card A/c and almost all the facilities under these heads like internet banking, fund transfers, auto debit, e-instructions. All my experience has been superior. I have no words to say. I don't find all these facilities in any of the other banks. All the new initiatives are taking place at ICICI Bank only like branch less banking, SMS N CASH, smart money order etc. It is really marvelous and I am proud of my Bank. I am having various relationships with the Bank in the form of a savings bank account, fixed deposit, demat services and online share trading along with internet banking facility. My account is more than 10 years old. Till date I have not faced even a single problem in services.
Recently I visited the Yamuna Nagar Branch to purchase some gold coins. The staff were so efficient and quick that it hardly took me 5 minutes to complete all the payment transactions and come out of the branch.

Linking of credit card to savings account is something which I really love. I don't need to worry about remembering to pay my credit card bill on time. THE BEST BANK IN INDIA. I have savings a/c, recurring deposit a/c, & multiple credit cards with ICICI since last 7 years. Account is in Powai & I reside in Navi Mumbai. Never needed to transfer my account. I do everything online securely, pay my bills, transfer money to any account, pay my other bank's credit card bill online, pay my other company's insurance premium online. Complete money management is under my two hands only, with one computer & internet connection. Nothing can beat their services with 8-8 banking, countless ATM's almost seen anywhere and everywhere and branches sprouting up in every town as speedily. Wish has a job as easy. Apart from the major side of a hectic life, banking definitely is a piece of cake for me. Thanks to ICICI. Would recommend other banks to look upto ICICI as a benchmark in banking, and stop giving useless assurances like our politicians and work to be the second best bank after ICICI.
