Channel – General appreciations Hi, I use ICICI Internet Banking regularly. It is a very nice service. A week back I had tried to login to my Internet Banking account but I was not able to. It had been blocked since I had entered my user ID incorrectly, thrice. I called Customer Care, and requested them to activate my user ID or else send new ID and pass word. The same evening, I received messages from ICICI Bank about the new user ID and password being sent to me by courier. This was a very quick response, and I was very impressed. However, since the last one year I have started using Net Banking which is excellent for fund transfer, statements, FD services and many more such things and I am happy I can carry out banking transactions from my home/office only. I was not even able to recall when I have visited your branch for any transactions last as all my needs get full filled from Net Banking and Customer Care only.
