It was delightful to note your professional approach in explaining the features and terms of the different personal loan products and interest rate options available to me. Your approach towards your customers, your patience, your style of work and everything else was so efficient that it truly increased my confidence about the bank. First and foremost I would like to congratulate the entire team of ICICI Bank for the excellent banking services they offer. This feedback is based on my last four experiences with ICICI Bank. It has been a wonderful experience banking with ICICI. Very recently I realized at an ATM that my card had expired and I hadn’t noticed because earlier I have got the card well in advance. When I called I was told that the card was returned by the courier stating that no one was at home. Unfortunately the courier had not even left behind the 'missed you' slip/note. However, when I informed this to ICICI, they were very prompt and I received the same within two days avoiding any inconvenience to me. This fast response is really appreciated. Keep it going!! You are the best.

It is a great experience to me to get passwords again. Because, it is very important for me to utilize Internet Banking. I didn't even have time to send a request to issue a set of new passwords. I've just applied and as the customer care executive "Mani" said the passwords have come to me within 7 days sharp. That is the real value should be given by every company to its customer. In this case, ICICI is one of the best bank or company or etc., what ever. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to give a compliment to ICICI BANK. I am happy with the Internet Banking, especially the bill pay facility provided is very good. We can pay our bills and make payments to others just within few seconds, by sitting in the office or home. The online funds transfer is wonderful as I can send money to my brother and my family immediately, its amazing experience. Thanks to ICICI bank people who are in Customer Care. Just a phone is required and they are able to solve all account-related problems within few seconds.
