I had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Abhishika Thapliyal in the Dehradun branch when she handled the transfer of assets from my late father's account into my new account. She clearly defined all the Banking requirements and the paperwork that had to be completed in a very concise manner which was extremely helpful in accomplishing my task in few days when I was on a visit to India, leaving me time to handle many other formalities of my inheritance. I would recommend Abhishika for a higher position in the Branch. I have had many follow-up conversations with her from the US to make sure all transactions were completed as promised. Well done! Her courteous behavior and friendly attitude has helped me a lot during my transactions with your bank. I was having problems depositing my cheques issued in the name of Ms. Jahnavi Acharya Sharma, since my ICICI Bank account was in the name of Ms. Jahnavi Sharma. Fortunately, I met Ms. Komal Agarwal at this time and in one meeting, she got all the paperwork done, and my Account Holder name was conveniently changed. She also helped me revive my son's inactive account and guided me regarding this matter. And till date I have continued to have premium services with a personal touch from Ms. K. Agarwal. I have time and again said and I will continue to say that ICICI Bank is the best bank in the country. I have had a 10 year old relationship with the bank and I have used multiple products. I have been associated with ICICI Bank for last 5 years . The journey started with the opening of salary account on my first job and as continued even today. I have switched companies but I still Bank with ICICI . My present organisation does not have tie-up with this bank for salary account but I have still continued the relationship in the form of a Savings Account. Hi am very happy to be an ICICI Bank customer for the past 5 years and I am really enjoying all its features. i am very happy about the Internet banking facility (the one and only, India's best internet banking portal) and I proudly say that to everyone I meet. The ‘Money2India’ service is simply the best. Though I had some difficulties which were caused due to some of my mistakes and some due to technical errors, they took care of everything and delivered on time. I also use their credit card which is the best. Again I feel proud to be a customer of a bank with the facilities that compete with international banking standards. Good job. Dear ICICI Bank, I am not your customer but wish to be in future. I am writing this letter to you just to say 'THANKS' for your wonderful thought better to say philosophy "chhoti-chhoti batein hamesha chhoti nahi hotin". When I first noticed it. I found a key to human relationships. As it is said 'Charity begins at home' so I suggest your staff to apply this philosophy in their family relations first,then among bank staff and then to their customer and see its positive results within few days. It is not a simple suggestion but I have applied this in my relationships for a week and found a great change in my behaviour and attitude.
