Got a pre-approved credit card. This was dispatched to old residence address. Hence I didn't received the card, but I received credit card PIN. When called, I was asked to provide card number. I did not have it because I had not received the card. Then I spoke to Jayashree. She was able to understand and solve my issue. She was fantastic. She traced out the card details and whereabouts of the same. She made necessary changes for card to be dispatched to new address. She was quick. She is well-versed with her the product that she is handling. So she knew what had to be done to get it straightened. I called Customer Care. Within minutes my card was deactivated and I was informed that there was no damage or misuse on stolen card. Within week I got lost card replaced with new card at no cost. I met the OIC at the NBCC extension counter - Mr Prashant Gupta and have to tell you that he is extraordinarily patient, knowledgeable and helpful person. I must have come to the NBCC extension counter on more than 2/3 occasions, he not only assisted me in the transaction but attended to all my queries giving due attention to minute details.
