I personally thank Mr. Ritesh Bhatt from the Gwalior ICICI Bank Branch for handling my problem. My account was wrongly debited and the balance in my account was nil. I reported the matter to Mr. Bhatt and I really appreciate the way he handled the problem. It’s only due to his sincere efforts that I got my funds back without any formal documents or hassles.

I would like thank the Investigating Team of ICICI Bank, especially Mr. P Majumder, from the AJC Bose Road, Kolkata Branch, for prompt response and assistance. which shows that I had faith in ICICI Bank. A sum of Rs. 1,48,960 was wrongly debited from my account, ICICI Bank sprang into action as soon as I registered my complaint. All further transactions were blocked and I even got my money back. This experience has strengthened the faith I had in ICICI Bank. Kudos to you!

I am very happy to be banking with ICICI Bank, especially after one incident that took place on January 28, 2011 at the Jagdalpur Branch. Two cheques signed by me were lost earlier. On that day I received a call from Mr. Rajesh Mahto, employee of ICICI Jagdalpur Branch. He told me that a defaulter was presenting those lost cheques there. Due to some alteration Mr. Rajesh Mahto called me and managed to save my money. Thanks to him and ICICI Bank who have honest employees who are so dedicated to their jobs.

I was very impressed the way the Customer Care for the NRI handled my complaint when over 1.66 lakhs was erroneously debited from my card while I was shopping at Harrods, London. As per their commitment, they resolved the problem within the stipulated time. I appreciate the patience of Mr. Prashant of CC and Sadaqat, based in Bareilly who handled the problem with confidence and assured me it would be resolved. I was delighted seeing the mail from Sadaqat this afternoon saying that the amount was creditedto my account, and appreciate his courtesy, for sending me the mail from his mobile.

ICICI are blessed to have a hard–working and loyal employee like Monica. I and my brother had a very good experiance speaking to such a polite Customer Service Representative. Hey Monica I am positive that in the years to come you will succeed with flying colours and I hope to see you as a Manager some day at any Branch. My brother really had thousands of questions about a saving which he wanted to know and the time he took, I really thought she would lose her cool but she was really very helpful. Patient is the right word for her. If ICICI has a group of agents like her I think it would make the best business in market. After all, every business relies upon Customer Service. Way to go Monica.
