I am a new customer to ICICI bank. I must admit the gamut of services is wide and up to date with the current modern standards, especially; the mobile recharge facility from account to any phone is very remarkable.

I wish other banks also follow suit especially govt banks and make the service hassle free and convenient. ICICI has won a lifetime customer in me.

I have been using the Internet Banking facility for the last 1.5 years and as per my experience till date it the the best in banking industry and there is no other bank that offers the most advanced features over mobile not even those who claim themselves to be the top bank of India. While withdrawing from other bank ATM my transaction was declined two times in different machines from the same booth. I got debit message from ICICI. When I called the call center, the debit was instantly reversed. Later the system also gave debit reversal messages within a few minutes. While the other bank ATM was taking long time I was unsure, thinking I may have overlooked and the cash may have gone back inside, but the ICICI Bank call center gave me instant response and the system also updated my account details through its SMS. Another important thing I find good about is the dynamic third layer pass code system before one is able to complete the on line transaction. Online transaction looks truly safe with ICICI unless one really manages to keep the debit card and the passwords together and loses both. Yes still, it is safe because the call center thus far has been found to be quick in response. This gives a good lead time for corrective action if one realizes the loss of debit card quickly.

I received very prompt and courteous response, which was followed by a call to give me the request number. They promised 2 working days to affect the transfer and it was done in lesser time. I feel proud to say that I have an account with the ICICI Bank. It is one bank, which provides the maximum services. Apart from the longest ‘ normal’ working hours, it is providing its customers many exclusive beneficial and convenient services while other banks are too far behind. It is not only the services but also the attitude towards the financial management of capital, which is quite professional. What India needs today is the high speed by which the wealth (not cash) moves. We have already created mass wealth but it remains unutilized or underutilized. It has to move and I would say that ICICI Bank has made tremendous effort to make the fact understood by the Government and Indian people that keeps the wealth moving at a good speed if you have to develop and grow, but nevertheless be careful that you are alert as your speed increases.
