Earlier I personally felt that when I saw some pre - approved offers I had to call your executives... and sometimes response would be good and sometimes response will not be as expected. When I had an emergency during vacation spent outside Baroda city where I stay, I was directed and helped to get funds transferred to a small village near kanyakumari in no time to help me get things sorted out. It took just one day for you, which could otherwise have taken a lot of time in a different bank. I did not expect a branch in this place.

I just want to share a good experience I had with ICICI. I was sanctioned a pre-approved loan and for some reasons it was taking time for approval and disbursement. I lodged a complained with your Customer Care. Since then, your Customer Care Manager, Mr. Mohamad Abdul Majeed has been calling me constantly and giving the status of the loan in every stage. Finally, the amount got transferred to my savings account on 19th and he called me on 20th to confirm the receipt of the same in my account. I want to express my appreciation to Mr. Majeed who took initiative in the disbursement of the loan and taking care of a customer right from date of the complain.

I used my credit card in an HDFC ATM and was trying to withdraw cash. I had by mistake used my Debit card PIN and tried it twice. I realized this and used my debit card with its PIN to withdraw cash, within may be a minute or perhaps two minutes I received an SMS stating that your credit card has been tried in ATM but with wrong PIN numbers. I am truly amazed with the SMS alert, and felt that I am associated with a Bank, which constantly updates its technology and also its Risk Management System, especially with reference to Cards. Keep it up and this is what I call a Delight. Needless to say I had shared this with many of my friends. Keep It up ICICI Bank.

I have held Credit Cards and Savings accounts with two other reputed private and PSU banks (let me not name them) and switched over to ICICI Bank later. No particular experience but just the efficient and friendly atmosphere, and not to forget the extremely good online updation and access of ICICI gives me a comfortable and secure feeling in sharp contrast to my earlier bankers where it was felt that they are after you only till you become their customer afterwards, it is the typical "hum dekh rahe hain, hum dekhenge" attitude that puts you off. Kudos ICICI !
