I am a very happy and satisfied ICICI Bank customer today. The customer service was very prompt in mailing me a renewed Travel Card and all details after it had expired with my money locked in it, within a week of request - when I needed it most here in USA. I have been an ICICI Bank customer for over 10 years and have never been let down. I work in an MNC and hardly get time to do leisure activities as I have a busy schedule. So I wanted someone to help me. Actually I wanted the password for online transaction and it takes 7 days to come but due to the continuous efforts of Shradha and Shruti, I got it within 3 days and they saved me a lot of money as I deal with share market. These supervisors deserve a raise. I am so thankful to them. I wanted to write to them a lot, but due the shortage of time I am not able to do so.
