I have been doing most of my banking with ICICI Bank either online or through Customer Care. The experience with Customer Care has always been wonderful. The Customer Care executives are always very courteous and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of the help extended by Ms. Ranjana Singh and Mr. Rajesh Jha who heard out my request for reversal of charges and immediately accepted, processed and even reversed them. This appreciation is not for the reversal of charges but for the sincere efforts put in by the executives in understanding my request. This clearly shows that though the executives do not interact with customers face-to-face, they are inclined towards offering better services and retaining customers. It also shows that the Bank is more interested in its relationship with customers rather than the charges. I feel good to have been associated with the Bank through such efficient employees. I wish them all the best for their career and for all their future endeavours. I do hope that this relationship continues more strongly in future as well.
