Since last four months i was touring at various places and during that period i really felt the importance of ICICI Bank. It gave me feelings that i am taking my bank in my laptop. Any time when i needed, in any corner, i used to logon and make my utility payments, credit card payments, transfer of funds, sending requests for cheque books etc. Not even a single day i felt any banking problem. I have been an ICICI Bank customer for over four years. I do all my banking with ICICI Bank (Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card). There was a delay from my end with regards to my credit card payment but inspite of me explaining my problem in detail i had a very poor experience with the collections team. They harassed me beyond imagination. But i would like to mention the name of customer service manager Mr. Mahesh Singh who was splendid in the way he handled my case. He listened to my part of the story, never questioned me intention and dealt with me in a manner, which was beyond my expectation. I stopped receiving collection calls from the very next day. I would request you to thank and applaud Mr. Singh on my behalf. He is an asset to your team and understands the true meaning of customer service. I would also like you to inform Mr. Singh that i have kept my word and sent out a cheque for clearing my credit card bill.

Greetings from Vijay. I am writing this mail to share my experience and my words of appreciation on your new Cash Collecting Mechanism (thru Cash collecting machine)
This time when i have been to ICICI Bank to deposit cash, i have been directed to an executive who is handling a machine. Through him, I came to know its a cash collecting machine and we do deposit our cash through that machine. It’s hassle free. No need to wait in the long queue and more importantly the amount is getting credited instantly.
Thanks for saving customers time, energy as well as employees time. I really appreciate the way ICICI Bank uses the technology and make the end user getting benefited from the same.
I have some ideas (my personal opinion) to share for the optimal utilization of this new facility. So, if you could provide me an email id to which i need to write to, it will be appreciated.
Thanks once again to ICICI TEAM for finding new and creative ways in serving the customers.

I used my ICICI Bank ATM card in State Bank of Mysore's ATM terminal in IIM-Bangalore campus. Unfortunately, I got an error message 'Timed out'. But my account got debited without me actually getting the money. However, there was a reversal transaction (credit) in few minutes solving the discrepancy. The same problem with cards issued by other banks demand letter to the manager and other hassles, as I my friends say. I would like to praise ICICI Bank for leveraging technology and automating processes that obviate customer dissatisfaction.

Your procedures set for preclosing of the home loan account are excellent. In a matter of 10 minutes I could be able to close my loan account and got the documents back at the earliest. The customer services extended to me for this purpose at Begumpet ICICI Bank are beyond the level of expectations. I wish to put it on record that the services as provided by bank are really superb and worth emulating by other banks. Just recently i had a small query about the non-credit of the reward points. Promptly, I got a call from an executive of ICICI Bank, explaining me convincingly about the delay and promised that it would happen by next statement date. I am really amazed at the care being taken by the bank. Though for some time I am not getting any SMSs for the credits in my account but it was a really great help to the account holder. When i forgot my Internet banking passwords, i called Customer Care and lodged a request. They said that i would get them by post within 7 days. But i got them in 2 days.
