While securing business for the Bank, he gives you the feeling that he is on your (the customer's) side. He shows maturity beyond his years. The right attributes for a person in this role. They were so prompt in their service and this has strengthened my dependence on them. My old card was deactivated and I did not suffer any financial loss. Thanks to their timely help. I write to place on record the highest standards of Customer Care and concern exhibited by the team of ICICI Bank officials in redressing my grievance at unexpected speed. My grievance regarding Late Payment Fee and related Interest Charges on my credit card dues was promptly attended by Sri Ravi Manuja, Customer Service Manager, Ms. Sudha Kumari, Customer Service Executive and Ms.U. Kavitha, Customer Service Officer. I am thankful to these executives for the commitment shown in resolving the issue expeditiously. My belief regarding the best in class service by ICICI Bank is reinforced and I request the Management to suitably recognise the good work done by the above officers for ensuring customer satisfaction. I have a great experience with ICICI Bank service. The token system is unique and it does not take time. We do not have to wait in a queue for long time like in other banks. All the staffs are also very enthusiastic to attend and resolve any problems of customers. I really like ICICI Bank which is much better in all aspects compared to other banks. I hold a Savings Account with ICICI Bank for the last five years, and in all these five years, the services provided by ICICI Bank has never been compromised. It has kept improving over a period of time and no private /public sector bank can match the services provided by ICICI Bank. I am proud to have an account with ICICI Bank. Really the services provided by ICICI Bank in all areas i.e. banking, loan, issue of draft, operation from anywhere, online operation, ATM service, quick response, more coverage has given me the opportunity to say that it has no comparison for functioning. I have rarely felt the need to go to a branch. I prefer to continue with ICICI Bank as I am satisfied with their services. I have had my Salary Account with ICICI Bank for the past 1.5 years. The usability of your Net Banking portal is simply amazing. I am using net banking services of other banks. But no other bank can even come close to the features provided on your site. In the last 18 months I never had to come to ICICI Bank for any transaction. Kudos to ICICI Bank Technology Team. |
