I like three things
1.The electronic funds transfer system of ICICI Bank is great. You can transfer funds between multiple accounts without much fuss or tension and instantly.
2. There are no draft charges till Rs.25,000 on salary accounts making it easier and preferable to make drafts rather than cheques.
3. My working hours are till 6 p.m. and the bank working hours are till 8 p.m. So no need for taking leave or permissions just in case I need to go to a bank branch.
Good work ICICI Bank and keep it up!

For a long time I have been holding an SBA account with internet facilities but I never realized the ease of availing myself of a personal loan, shopping, transacting, prepaid billing , etc. with the click of a few buttons in my own bedroom, anytime.

I was offered a two-wheeler loan by ICICI Bank. However I was reluctant to take it in the beginning thinking of high interest rates and so on... You won't believe today I have completed a two-wheeler loan with ICICI Bank and have a personal loan with them which is going smoothly as well. I personally recommend banking with ICICI Bank and for that matter before you bank with any bank make sure you know something about them. ICICI Bank is you friend, and invest or deal with them wisely.

I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate your Customer are employee Sahil Chawla, “CSO At Home Loan Branch" from whom I have received some excellent and prompt service recently while serving my request. I was totally left high and dry by your other customer service executives in Delhi who bluntly asked me to contact a branch for resolving my issue regarding high ROI of my home loan. I was thinking about closing my loan a/c and then I visited the Panipat branch to know the procedure to close the loan.That is when Mr. Sahil Chawla took time to understand my problem and thoroughly investigated it. He suggested to me conversion to reduce my rate of interest. Please forward my feedback to Sahil Chawla and his managers. I don't want this instance to go unnoticed.

Hi ICICI Bank. I am Sandeep and my mobile number 9814000461. Today [25 Jan 08] I went to ICICI Bank, Chandigarh at Sector 9 to close my existing account. Ms Monica and Ms Kokila were the executives. That time system was slow and also there was huge crowd of customers. I was glad to see the excellent behaviour of Monica and Kokila. They were listening to the customers carefully and providing them solutions. Even an agitated customer became calm at their polite behaviour. It took a little delay for my account closure but both of them apologized for the time taken. I was filled with joy to see all that. I have accounts with other banks too but I didn't see such marvelous behaviour before. At last I asked for their names, but they were filled with fear that I am going to complain against them for delay. I really appreciate ICICI Bank for having such employees like Monica and Kokila. I will soon open another account with your bank and would like to continue enjoying best services. Heartiest congratulations for a successful year at Sultanpur, UP branch and the credit must go to the entire staff for providing excellent services. Branch Manager, Mr. Yashwant K. I would like to put on record my appreciation for Mr Mario Mendonza who I guess works in capacity of Operations Manager in Hiranandani Powai Branch.
Mr Mario Mendonza is an extremely Customer friendly person who has always gone out of the way in helping me when other employees of the same branch have either expressed their unwillingness to assist or have done so half-heartedly and drawn a blank.
Mr Mario Mendonza (hope I got the surname correct) is an excellent example of how a single employee can interact and leave a very positive influence in minds of customers.
I think he is a live case of Human Sigma Level 6 which is the highest metric of Customer employee encounters.
Thanks Mario for your help and thanks ICICI for having and retaining employees, like Mario.

This one goes to Nishikant from your ‘Home Loans team, Contact Centre’. I spoke to him this morning requesting him to urgently send me a provisional certificate for my Home Loan A/c with you guys. I had to submit it to my employer today itself as a proof of investment for the financial year. Though he said that he would try his best to fax it me at the earliest, I took it with a pinch of salt. But he actually sent it. I received the Provisional Income Tax certificate within one hour of my call to him.  I thank him very much for this. He also gave me a call to confirm receipt. I truly appreciate his customer centricity. I think his supervisor is Srinivas. Congratulations Srinivas for having a team member like Nishikant. I urge you to do your bit to appreciate his efforts.  Thanks once again ICICI Bank for your timely service on such a short notice. Thank you and good wishes to Nishikant . Way to go.
