I would like to say that Ms. Devel has a good ability to handle customers problems and very skilled in terms of solving the problems too.

She is very active and according to my experience, she is very talented in banking work. She solves any of my banking issues just in a minute. I am sending this message to ICCI Bank because she is honest and hard working.

His courteous behavior and friendly attitude has helped me a lot during my transactions with your bank. I was having problems regarding the activation of my Dmat A/c. Fortunately, I met Mr. Ali at this time and in one meeting, he got all the paperwork done, and my account was activated. He also helped me revive my inactive savings account and guided me regarding this matter. And till date I have continued to have premium services with a personal touch from Mr. Ali. I was looking for a great deal on a car loan. I thought, private banks charge more rate of interest so I had requested a quotation from 2 non-private banks. As I have an existing saving account with ICICI Bank, I first checked the rates offered by them. I went to the Indore main branch located at Malav Parisar, Indore. In the branch, I met the loan officer, Mr. Abhishek (whose tone was very soft and I liked the way he was talking with customers). He explained me the offer in detail with simple documentation. I compared the rates and charges across other banks. I was surprised that the ICICI bank rates and charges were lowest, compared to 2 other banks for which I had the quotations. I asked the loan officer on the spot to initiate my car loan. He told me to carry just 2-3 documents with me the next day. He sent one representative to my office along with the form. I filled up the form and within 3 working days, my loan got approved. The service provided to me by Mr. Abhishek and ICICI bank is appreciable. The bank really follows the concept of "Khayaal Aapka".

I have been a customer of ICICI Bank for last 4-5 Years. It really has been a great experience. With the new set of Privilege banking ICICI Bank has done a great job. It has helped me in many ways. When my father left for heavenly abode in the month of March 2010, I was going through hell with the mental agony of losing my loving dad. That is when I had approached Sachin to help me in closing my father's account. Believe me, as Sachin understood my state of my mind, he asked me not to worry and said one thing which still echoes in my mind “We are there sir, don't worry”. Sachin has helped me to get the things done with minimum ease. Sachin is one of the best bankers I have worked with so far.

On 22nd March I visited the ICICI Bank branch, nearest to me.. I interacted with one of the employees - Mr Goutam Bhuyan. The interaction was very pleasing. I was on the way back from the branch, when I received an SMS regarding the request having been lodged,along with the request number. I also got a phone call from him, confirming the same.
