Presentment Biller

Biller registration
Step 1
Log in with your Internet Banking User ID and password and select "Bill Pay" from dropdown on www. icicibank.com

 
Step 2
Click on "Register For A New Biller" from the LHS Menu
 
Step 3
Choose Location of your Biller and Click "Submit"
 
Step 4
Select the "Biller" and Click on "Register"
Step 5
"Fill up the details" as per Physical copy of the bill
You may set the payment mode to auto pay with or without limits
"Assign a nickname" to the biller

 
Making a bill payment
 
Step 6
Bills will be presented on www .icicibank.com from the next billing cycle after the date of registration.
Go to" Bill pay Home Page" Click on "Pay Bill to view the bill details"
 
Step 7
If you want to "Schedule for Later"
Click on "Schedule for Later" if you want to schedule your payment before the due date.
"Enter a Date" which is on or before the due date
Click on "Accept"
Step 8
Enter your transaction password
Click on "OK" and get a Payment ID for your reference
 
Step 9
Make a note of your Payment ID for reference
Checking bill payment made
 
Step 10
Click on "Show Payments Made" tab on the LHS menu on Bill Pay Home Page to view the status of your transaction
Click on "Retrieve" to get details of your transaction
 
Step 11
Check the status of the payment made and click on "Details"
Step 12
"View" the details of your transaction for your records
 
Payment Biller

Biller registration
Step 1

Click on "Register For A New Biller" from the LHS Menu

Choose Location of your Biller and click "Submit"

Select the "Biller" and Click on "Register"

Fill up the details as per "Physical copy" of the bill
Assign a "Nickname" to the biller
Click on "Add". This will add to your registered list of billers.
Making a bill payment
 
Step 6
Click on "Make A Payment" from the LHS Menu of Bill Pay Home Page
Select the "Biller" to whom you want to make the payment and
Click on "Pay" to pay the biller selected for making a payment.
 
Step 7 Option A
If you want to "Schedule for Later" or Set up a "Standing Instruction

Enter an "Amount" you would like to Pay
Click on "Schedule for Later or Standing Instruction" if you want to schedule your payments for a latter date
Enter a "Date" on which you would like to make the payment
Choose the "Frequency" at which you would like to make the Payment to the biller
Step 7 Option B
If you want to "Pay Now"

Enter an "Amount" you would like to Pay
Click on "Pay Now" to make a instant payment to the biller
Click on "Pay " to pay the Biller
 
Step 8
Enter your transaction password.
Click on "OK "and get a Payment ID for your reference
 
Step 9
Make a note of your "Payment ID" for your reference

Click on "Show Payments Made" tab on the LHS menu on Bill Pay Home Page to view the status of your transaction
Click on "Retrieve" to get Details of your transaction

Check the status of the payment made and click on "Details"

"View" the Details of your transaction for your records.
