    ICICI Bank Loans Against Securities, in association with ICICI Securities Ltd. brings you a facility that enables you to sell your pledged shares online.

    This facility helps you take advantage of price movements in the shares against which you have availed of an ICICI Bank Loan. You can exit at the best-price at any point of time. The facility is also available for shares in your Demat Accounts with other depositories.

    The sale proceeds will be credited to your Loan Account after deducting service charges and all applicable taxes, as per the prevailing TDS guidelines.

    Just access your Account using your User ID and Password at www.icicidirect.com. Note that the use of this facility will be subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions.

    Any Resident individual who is a LAS customer of ICICI Bank, can avail of this facility.

    How can I avail of this facility?

    Log on to ICICIdirect.com using your User ID and Password. You can then place your ‘Sell’ request. This request will be sent to ICICI Bank. On the Bank's acceptance of the request, it will be sent to the exchange for execution. The funds, after deducting the applicable service charges, will be directly credited to your Account.

    You can contact your LAS Relationship Manager.

    Can ICICI Bank sell the shares pledged?

    Yes, ICICI Bank can sell the pledged shares under the terms of the Loan Agreement.

    How do I log on at ICICIdirect.com?

    You can log on using your User ID and Password

    What type of requests can I place through this Account?

    You can place a ‘sell’ request in the Cash segment through this Account, for the shares pledged by you. However, no ‘buy’ request can be placed. You can also place a ‘limit’ as well as a ‘market price’ request order.

    Do I need to inform ICICI Bank if I want to place a ‘sell’ request and sell my pledged shares through my ICICIdirect Account?

    No. All you need to do is log on to ICICIdirect.com with your User ID and Password and place the ‘sell’ request. You can place the request at any time. ICICI Bank reserves the right to accept or decline your request.

    Can any request placed by me or any order placed by ICICI Bank be modified or cancelled?

    Any order placed by the ICICI Bank team can be modified or cancelled only by the team. You will not be able to modify or cancel such an order. However, all requests placed by you can be modified or cancelled either by you or by the ICICI Bank team.

    When will I receive the sale proceeds?

    The sale proceeds, after deducting the applicable service charges, will be directly credited to your Bank Account on the payout day.
