Authenticate yourself on the IVR by entering the 16-digit Debit Card number and 4-digit ATM PIN. You will get your User ID instantly over the call.
You can view your Bank, Credit Card, Loan and Demat accounts through a single User ID on ICICIBank.com:

All you need to do is to login to ICICIBank.com and give an online request for linking your Bank, Credit Card and Loan Accounts to your existing User ID.

Given below are the steps for linking different relationships to a single Internet Banking User ID.
  • Login to ICICIBank.com with your existing Internet Banking User ID. This could be either the User ID issued with your Bank Account or Credit Card. If you have forgotten your Internet Banking User ID, click here
  • Visit the Requests section under the Bank menu and click on one of the appropriate links:
    • Link my Credit Card to my User ID.
      Choose this option if you would like to link your Credit Card to the existing User ID with which you have logged in.
    • Link my Savings Bank Account to my User ID.
      Choose this option if you would like to link your Bank Account to the existing User ID with which you have logged in.
    • Link my Loan Account to my User ID.
      Choose this option if you would like to link your Loan Account to your existing User ID with which you have logged in.
  • For linking accounts, it is important that your details across accounts that are presently linked and the one requested to be linked are the same. Please ensure that your Name, Address, Date of Birth and signature matches across accounts.
  • Internet Banking Facility is not provided to Power of Attorney Accounts (POA) and the same cannot be linked.
  • The following accounts cannot be linked:
    • Credit card cannot be linked to a NRI account
    • Add-on card cannot be linked to the primary account holders User ID
    • A Demat account cannot be linked to an HUF account
    • Young Star accounts cannot be linked to the parent account
    • Medical Equipment loans cannot be linked to a User ID
  • For Joint Accounts, request for linking accounts is not accepted online. In case of Joint Accounts, mandate is required on the Internet Banking form along with the signatures of all Joint Account holders.   • Loans that are closed, terminated or matured are automatically de-linked. If you want to de-link the loan account by choice, please call our 24-Hour Phone Banking numbers.
