ICICI Bank Rewards Programme - Terms and Conditions |

Definitions
- Cards mean
valid ICICI Bank credit cards with non-delinquent accounts and
include multiple and supplementary/add-on cards.
- Card members
means ICICI Bank credit card holders.
- Delinquent
card means a card which is overdue, or over limit or in
collection.
- Programme
means the ICICI Bank Credit Cards Rewards programme
- Points are
Reward points awarded under the programme

Programme
- The programme
is a catalogue Rewards programme that enables a card member to
earn points on charges incurred on his/ her card by purchase of
goods and services on the card and any other charges as may be
included by ICICI Bank from time to time for the purpose of the
programme. The points are redeemable against purchase of goods and
services listed in the ICICI Bank Rewards catalogue, which is
provided to the card member by ICICI Bank.
- The programme
will remain open from the effective date till such time as may be
determined by ICICI Bank Credit Cards at their sole discretion.
ICICI Bank reserves the sole right to exclude the products and
services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the points,
in subsequent editions of the catalogue if any.

Points Accrual
- ICICI Bank
will award 1 point for every Rs.200 worth of domestic/
international purchases of goods/ services. Points will not be
accrued on charges that are subsequently reversed. ICICI Bank, at
its sole discretion, may also award points for any other
transactions either for a specific period or for specific
situations/promotional schemes. Corporate Credit Card members will
not be eligible for the bonus Reward points through any
promotion.
- Points will
not be awarded to card members towards transactions involving cash
advances and fees such as entrance fee, annual fee, supplementary
card fee, multiple card fee, balance transfers, cash advance fee,
charges for dishonored cheques, financial charges, delinquency
charges, late payment, collection charges and any other fee or
charge levied by the bank, balance transfers, EMI transactions,
cash withdrawals, demand draft and service charge
transactions.
- The above
list of transactions may be modified by ICICI Bank at its
discretion under intimation to the card member.
- Points will
accrue to the individual card accounts in the case of eligible
primary, supplementary or multiple cards. Points accrued by any
supplementary cards will automatically accrue to the primary card
account on which the supplementary cards are issued and not to any
other card account.
- If any card
in a card member's account - be it a primary, supplementary,
multiple or any other card subsequently becomes a delinquent card,
ICICI Bank reserves the right to withhold the outstanding points
as long as the card account remains a Delinquent card. The points
cannot be redeemed when a card is a delinquent card, or if the
card has been temporarily blocked from usage due to
fraud/loss/theft/usage of the card over the assigned credit limit.
On the card account being regularized, at the discretion of ICICI
Bank Credit Card, the points may be reinstated for
redemption.
- No
accumulation or carry over or redemption of points will be
permissible, if on the relevant date any card, be it a primary,
supplementary, multiple or any other card has been withdrawn or
closed or cancelled or reinstated or is liable to be
cancelled/withdrawn because it has turned delinquent or on any
breach of the terms and conditions of the card member
agreement.<
- The points
will lapse in the event that such a card account is closed either
voluntarily by the card member or by the bank at its discretion
whether or not the card member dues are cleared. Should the card
account be reinstated either by the card member or by ICICI Bank
Credit Cards, the card member will not get the benefit of any
points accrued prior to cancellation or withdrawal or closure of
the card account.
- In the event
of voluntary closure of the ICICI Bank Credit Card by a Card
member, the points that are in the card account cannot be redeemed
after one month of closure of the card.
- Points
accrued have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for
cash in any form. Notwithstanding this, points can be used to
settle annual fees towards card membership provided the account is
in good standing (i.e. is not overdue or not over credit limit or
not in collection) at the time of such settlement if so permitted
at such time by ICICI Bank. A card member cannot transfer any
points to another person.

Redemption
- All linked
accounts and the card must be in good standing (i.e. not overdue
or not over credit limit or not in collection) and not cancelled
or terminated by ICICI Bank Credit Cards or the card member at the
time of a redemption request. ICICI Bank shall reserve the right to permanently purge all the points accumulated in the Rewards account due to delinquency at Card or Account level. for a delinquent customer.
- The points
are redeemable only against products, vouchers or services as
featured in the ICICI Bank Credit Card Rewards catalogue and
against any other products, vouchers or services as intimated from
time to time by ICICI Bank Credit Cards under the
programme.
- All products/
vouchers featured in the ICICI Bank Credit card Rewards catalogue
are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties /
restrictions at the time of redemption. ICICI Bank Credit cards
give no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with
respect to the product / services acquired under the programme or
through other partner loyalty programmes. In particular, ICICI
Bank Credit Cards give no warranty with respect to the quality of
goods acquired or their suitability for any purpose.
- Selection of
products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole
discretion of ICICI Bank Credit Cards and is liable to change
without notice.
- Redemption
orders from card members once given to ICICI Bank Credit Cards
cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed.
- On
redemption, the points would automatically be subtracted from the
accumulated points in the card member's account.
- Goods will
reach the primary card member within 7 working days of receipt of
the order on a best effort basis. Notwithstanding the same, ICICI
Bank will not be liable for any delay beyond this time
period.
- The points
once exchanged for any other partner loyalty programme cannot be
transferred back or cancelled.
- Orders will
be fulfilled in the order in which they are received and accepted
by ICICI Bank Credit Cards. If a card member does not have a
sufficient number of points for an order, the order will be deemed
cancelled. Primary card members may convert the points to any
participating partners' programme launched from time to time
subject to the specific terms and conditions of the partner's
programme.
- ICICI Bank
assumes no responsibility for points converted into a
participating partners' programme or otherwise wherever
applicable.
- ICICI Bank
will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged
or lost in transit before delivery to the card member.
- ICICI Bank
will not be held responsible where any supplier of products
offered to card members withdraws, cancels, alters or amends those
products.
- Information
supplied by the card member on the redemption of certain Rewards
may be used by ICICI Bank Credit cards or the service
establishments that provide the Rewards for administrative or
marketing purposes or such other or further purpose as ICICI Bank
may determine.
- Any tax or
other liabilities or charges payable to the government of India or
any other authority or body or any other participating
establishment which may arise or accrue to the card member by
redemption as aforesaid or otherwise as a result of this scheme
shall be to the sole account of card member.

Terms and
Conditions
- ICICI Bank
reserves the right to change and modify the terms and conditions
at any point in time without prior notice to card members.
- ICICI Bank
also reserves the right to modify wholly or in part this programme
by any other programme or terminate the programme at any time
without any prior notice to the card members.
- Any dispute
arising out of products or services found defective / deficient
from the redemption of Points must be addressed in writing to
ICICI Bank Credit Cards Rewards programme, P.O. Box 7928,
Tulsiwadi Post Office, Mumbai - 400 034, within 7 days of delivery
of the goods to the Card Members. Any claim made after 7 days will
not be entertained.
- This scheme
is entirely voluntary and it is understood that all charges are
voluntarily incurred by a card member in the normal course of card
usage. The terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in
substitution / derogation to the rules and regulations governing
the use of the ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
- Nothing
therein amounts to a commitment or representation by ICICI Bank
credit card to continue this programme or conduct further similar
or other schemes.
- The existence
of a dispute if any regarding the product/services shall not
constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank
Credit Cards computation of the points shall be final, conclusive
and binding on Card Members and will not be liable to be disputed
or questioned.
- All disputes,
if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of
this ICICI Bank Credit Cards Rewards programme, shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of the competent courts /tribunals at
Mumbai.
- In the case
of a disputed transaction being resolved in favor of the card
member and / or where a transaction is reversed, the equivalent
points will also be reversed.
